IntelliMagic, the worldwide leader in ITOA solutions for Availability Intelligence, announced the return of John Baker to the IntelliMagic team to use his extensive z/OS performance expertise in assisting customers operate more efficiently and modernize their data analysis and infrastructure performance.
IntelliMagic has expanded its expert services team to assist customers in modernizing and optimizing their z/OS mainframe infrastructure performance to eliminate application availability issues. The latest addition to the services team is the return of renowned z/OS systems consultant John Baker as a Senior Consultant.

John has been working with mainframes for over 25 years, both as a customer and consultant with a primary focus on system and application performance and is a frequent and much-appreciated speaker at industry events like SHARE, CMG, GSE, and IBM conferences. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Computer Measurement Group (CMG) and currently volunteers with the MVS Performance Project (MVSP) at SHARE.
